Job description

To do this, we hire highly qualified and experienced Childcare Supervisors to oversee our childcare facilities within our clubs.

Role: Childcare Supervisor

The Childcare Supervisor will be responsible for managing a team of childcare providers, ensuring the safety and well-being of children, and maintaining a positive, nurturing environment across our clubs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Overseeing daily operations of the childcare facility, ensuring staff perform their duties effectively.
  2. Managing a team, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
  3. Monitoring and maintaining a clean, organized facility with appropriate materials and equipment.
  4. Ensuring compliance with all licensing and regulatory requirements.
  5. Paying excellent attention to detail.
  6. Communicating effectively and building positive relationships with staff, members, parents, and caregivers.

Qualifications:

- Minimum Level 3 qualification in a child-related field.

- Previous experience working with children.
