To do this, we hire highly qualified and experienced Childcare Supervisors to oversee our childcare facilities within our clubs.

Being a Virgin Active Childcare Supervisor

  1. Oversee the daily operations of the childcare facility, ensuring that all staff members perform their duties effectively and efficiently.
  2. Manage a team, including hiring, training, and scheduling rotas.
  3. Monitor and maintain a clean and organized facility, including classroom materials and equipment.
  4. Ensure that the childcare facility complies with all licensing and regulatory requirements.
  5. Demonstrate excellent attention to detail—nothing gets past you unnoticed!
  6. Be a great communicator, always willing to support both staff and members, and effectively build relationships with parents and caregivers.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Level 3 qualification in a child-related field, alongside previous experience working with children. (Please note that Health and Social Care does not meet this qualification requirement.)
