Service Care Solutions is currently working alongside a local authority based in North Yorkshire. They are seeking a Childcare Solicitor to join their expanding legal team. Compensation:

PAYE (Inc. Hol): £44.48 - £48.87 per hour

Umbrella: £50 - £55 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Handle high caseloads in childcare cases from start to completion.
• Prepare legal documents and correspondence.
• Provide legal advice and support to clients regarding childcare and protection matters.
• Perform advocacy when required.

Candidate Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor with at least 3 years of experience in childcare law.
• Proficient in drafting legal documents to a high standard.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
