Playing a key role within the expanding team, the appointed Childcare Solicitor will provide expertise to parents, grandparents, and other family members. Responsibilities include preparing court bundles and instructing counsel. The candidate must be able to manage their own caseload and ensure a first-class service to clients.
Candidates will cover all aspects of childcare work, including Care Orders, Special Guardianship, Child Protection case conferences, and Child Arrangement Orders. A minimum of 3 years PQE is required, with a professional approach to work. Ideally, the candidate will be a Children Panel member.
