Childcare Solicitor, 3+ PQE – Leicester – Circa £40k-£50k DOE – An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Childcare Solicitor to join an established team and play a key role in further developing the offerings.

The Role:

Playing a key role within the expanding team, the appointed Childcare Solicitor will provide expertise to parents, grandparents, and other family members. Responsibilities include preparing court bundles and instructing counsel. The candidate must be able to manage their own caseload and ensure a first-class service to clients.

The Candidate:

Candidates will cover all aspects of childcare work, including Care Orders, Special Guardianship, Child Protection case conferences, and Child Arrangement Orders. A minimum of 3 years PQE is required, with a professional approach to work. Ideally, the candidate will be a Children Panel member.
