The Role:

Playing a key role within the expanding team, the appointed Childcare Solicitor will provide expertise to parents, grandparents, and other family members, including preparing court bundles and instructing counsel. You will manage your own caseload and ensure a first-class service to clients.

The Candidate:

You will cover all aspects of childcare work, including Care Orders, Special Guardianship, Child Protection case conferences, and Child Arrangement Orders. Candidates should have at least 3 years PQE, a professional approach, and ideally be a Children Panel member.

The Firm:

The firm offers 26 days of annual leave plus bank holidays, hybrid working (3 days in the office, 2 days from home, depending on team/client needs), progression opportunities, and a company pension.
