Childcare Solicitor

Up to circa £40k (DOE)
As the appointed Childcare Solicitor, you will be responsible for managing your own caseload of childcare law matters, including providing advice to parents, grandparents, and other family members. You will deal with child arrangement orders, special guardianship orders, care orders, emergency protection orders, pre-proceedings meetings, and interim care orders.
The successful Childcare Solicitor will have a minimum of 1 year PQE and will join a team of knowledgeable individuals with extensive expertise in childcare law. Proven technical skills in all aspects of childcare law are essential, and the ability to undertake advocacy is preferred. Excellent teamwork and high standards of client care are crucial. This role offers a great opportunity to develop your skills within a friendly and dynamic environment.
