The Role

As a regional director, you will lead the Child Care Department, overseeing a team of dedicated lawyers. You will serve as a trusted adviser for clients, providing strategic advice and compassionate support during challenging times.

What the firm is looking for

• Childcare Solicitor with 10 years PQE and Law Society Children Law Accreditation (Child Panel membership)
• Proven leadership skills: ability to lead, mentor, and inspire legal teams
• Extensive experience handling public law children’s cases and private family matters, with strong advocacy and representation skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to build trust with clients and stakeholders
• Strategic thinking: capable of shaping direction and contributing to the firm’s growth
