Crieff Hydro Hotel

Located in the heart of Scotland, set within a 900-acre estate in Perthshire, we have been welcoming generations of families for 150 years. Our facilities include 215 hotel bedrooms, 55 self-catering lodges, six restaurants, and over 60 onsite activities – there’s something for everyone!

About the role

Creating a friendly welcome at reception sets the tone for a great stay at Crieff Hydro. You’ll bring personality and positivity, handle guest check-ins, resolve issues, and promote the resort and its activities effectively.

What we need from you

You should have previous customer service experience, demonstrating caring and helpful problem-solving skills. Good systems knowledge is essential, and experience with Maestro or similar booking systems is a plus.

You’ll work varied shifts, starting as early as 8am and finishing as late as 10pm.
