Job description

Blue Door is an established, reputable childcare provider looking for a passionate and qualified Childcare Practitioner to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact on children’s lives in a supportive, professional environment.

Tasks
  • Provide high-quality care and support to children in a childcare setting, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Engage in age-appropriate activities that promote early childhood development and learning.
  • Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to create a positive and supportive environment.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the space.
  • Assist in planning and implementing educational programs tailored to children's needs.
  • Collaborate with team members to manage daily operations and enhance the overall setting experience.
Requirements
  • Childcare Learning and Development (CCLPD) minimum Level 2 (applications without this qualification will not be considered)
  • Experience or interest in working with children aged 0–11 years
  • Ability to plan engaging activities and make thoughtful observations
  • Strong communication skills and a team player attitude
