The post works to support the Coventry childcare market, ensuring sufficiency and workforce recruitment, with a fixed-term contract ending 31 March 2027.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive information and advice about childcare to parents, carers, students and providers during outreach visits.
• Support the management of the childcare market in Coventry in accordance with sufficiency duties.
• Attend events such as Job Fairs and Career events to recruit and retain childcare staff.
• Visit childcare settings and schools to encourage entrants to the childcare workforce and collaborate with partners.
