Job summary

Wiltshire Council is hiring a Childcare Officer for Canon’s House to support vulnerable children with complex health and care needs aged 5 to 17. You’ll help with personal care, activities, and enabling independence while participating in care planning and risk assessments through close coordination with health and social care professionals.

You’ll work within a hybrid model with on-site and community-based activity, visiting schools and families to monitor progress.

Responsibilities

• Support children aged 5–17 with complex health, care and personal needs.
