What will you be doing?

• Developing our Fabulous Team and Rooms: You’ll be at the heart of nurturing our amazing staff and creating spaces where children can learn, play, and thrive.
• Creating a Safe and Stimulating Environment: You’ll help design and maintain spaces that encourage curiosity, creativity, and a love for learning.
• Updating Parents and Carers: Keeping the important people in our children’s lives up-to-date with their progress and development.
• Shaping the Future of Early Years: You’ll have a hand in developing and reviewing our Early Years curriculum, policies, and initiatives, ensuring we’re always at the top of our game.
• Leading the Way in Planning: Overseeing the Early Years planning with an eye on curriculum expectations and beyond.
• Training and Inspiring Colleagues: You’ll identify training needs, lead staff training sessions, and create opportunities for the team to learn from each other. Sharing is caring, after all!
