Job summary

The Gleneagles Hotel is seeking a friendly and nurturing Childcare Assistant to care for our junior guests as part of the Little Glen team. You will support children with engaging activities, ensure safety and wellbeing, and work with the Little Glen Manager to plan daily programmes.

Flexible hours and seasonal contracts are available at this iconic luxury hotel in Auchterarder, with generous perks. Experience in childcare and a relevant qualification is preferred; training is provided.

Qualifications

• Must have achieved or be working towards HNC in Childhood Practice or SVQ Social Services (Children and Young People).
• Experience in a similar role; passion for child development across indoor and outdoor settings.
• Creative, imaginative, and resourceful with fresh ideas for high standards of care.
• Adaptable and flexible; able to think on your feet and problem-solve for each child.
