Role of a Virgin Active Childcare Assistant

• Supervising and supporting children at all times—nothing escapes your notice!
• Ensuring that the Club V environment is safe, attractive, and welcoming for all children
• Having a friendly, calm, and approachable nature, with the ability to act quickly and effectively
• Adhering to all company and government policies and procedures
• Working well in a team, inspiring and motivating others
• Possessing excellent communication skills and supporting staff and members, building positive relationships with parents and caregivers

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 2/3 qualification in a child-related field, with previous experience working with children (note: Health and Social Care does not meet the qualification requirement)
