You will be expected to work with children aged 0-8 years, participating in activities, daily routines, and collaborating with other staff to support children's needs and development.

The ideal candidate will be flexible, eager to learn, and a team player. We seek someone enthusiastic, caring, patient, and willing to share ideas to support children's development across all areas.

Responsibilities

1. Stimulate emotional, intellectual, and social growth by implementing tailored educational programmes and activities.
2. Create a safe environment by maintaining clean, orderly, and appealing facilities, following standards and legal recommendations.
3. Encourage self-control through classroom management and modelling techniques.
4. Communicate progress to parents by sharing records.
5. Promote student participation with interactive activities.
6. Maintain quality standards by following and enforcing policies.
7. Ensure equipment operates correctly by following instructions, troubleshooting, maintaining supplies, and calling for repairs.
8. Adhere to safeguarding policies at all times.
9. Update knowledge through professional development and reading.
