We are a small childcare setting that enjoys trips out, we welcome someone who has a passion for early years and ideally has some experience working with children.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring Health and Safety Compliance: Adhering to safety regulations and protocols to maintain a secure environment for children and staff.
• Supporting Child Development: Assisting in delivering activities that promote learning and development in line with individual needs.
• Assisting with Daily Routines: Helping with the management of routines, including snack times, naps, and personal care.
• Promoting Positive Behavior: Encouraging good behavior and guiding children to resolve conflicts peacefully.
• Observing and Reporting Progress: Recording observations of children’s development and discussing them with senior staff, providing feedback on each child’s learning journey.
