Childcare Apprenticeship – Level 2 – The Early Years Nursery

The Aspire Training Team is seeking a motivated, reliable, and enthusiastic individual to complete their Level 2 Childcare qualification with The Early Years Nursery.

Ethos

Emmi Pikler, a Hungarian paediatrician, introduced innovative ideas into infant education, which are now adopted worldwide. Her approach emphasizes respectful relationships, tender care, natural motor development, free movement, and responsive play, fostering trust and healing in child development.

The Pikler Approach values:

• Complete freedom of movement and independent activity
• Tactful and respectful caregiving routines that build trust

• Fostering children’s self-awareness and environmental awareness
• Maintaining good physical health within nursery routines

Your duties and responsibilities will include:
