Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

1. Ensuring Health and Safety Compliance: Adhering to safety regulations and protocols to maintain a secure environment for children and staff.
2. Supporting Child Development: Assisting in delivering activities that promote learning and development in line with individual needs.
3. Assisting with Daily Routines: Helping with the management of routines, including snack times, naps, and personal care.
4. Promoting Positive Behavior: Encouraging good behavior and guiding children to resolve conflicts peacefully.
5. Observing and Reporting Progress: Recording observations of children’s development and discussing them with senior staff, providing feedback on each child’s learning journey.
