Paragon Skills is a leading national apprenticeship training provider, supporting over 4,000 learners and 1,500 organizations. They have some of the highest success and achievement rates in the industry, with an Ofsted Grade 2 rating and an achievement rate of 71.4%, exceeding the national average of 65.6%. Learners are supported through a blended approach, with regular check-ins with a dedicated Personal Tutor. Your employer will allocate 20% of your working hours to your studies, maximizing your chances of achieving the highest grades. Upon completing this 12-month apprenticeship, you will have gained an Early Years Practitioner – Level 2 qualification.
