Job description

Job Description

Here at Bumbles, we strive to get the best out of our staff members and are constantly encouraging them to flourish. We do regular team building activities and have a monthly Staff Recognition Scheme. We offer a supportive and robust training plan to help with your continuous professional development, enabling you to flourish in your role. Not only will you earn as you learn, but the qualification will give you practical skills as well as theoretical knowledge, leading to a wide range of job opportunities. We have many opportunities for career progression, and we like to promote from within.

At Bumbles, we have a shared vision that all children should be able to follow their dreams. With this at the heart of everything we do, we feel passionately about providing an environment where children feel safe and happy. When children are safe and happy, they can grow in confidence and actively engage with their peers and activities around them.

By fostering successful relationships with their peers, children share experiences and ideas, learning about friendships and negotiation. Our qualified and nurturing staff team helps develop and support each child's confidence by providing activities that encourage inquisitive learning. We believe that happy and interested children learn much more than those who are not comfortable or engaged in their surroundings.

At Bumbles, we are proud to contribute to building the foundation for children to move onto school with confidence and curiosity.
