Job summary

Toddlers Children’s Nursery Limited in Whitefield is seeking an Immediate start L2 Apprentice to join a small, busy team. You will be supported throughout your course and gain your Early Years Practitioner (Level 2) qualification.

Working 32 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:00am–6:00pm, with training provided by Bury College. This is a great chance to start a career in early years and possibly move to a full-time position.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths at grade 4/C or above (or equivalent).
• Enthusiasm for working with young children and learning on the job.

Responsibilities

• Carry out activities with the children and help plan sessions.
• Observe children in play and support their development.
• Ensure children reach their full potential in a caring environment.
• Assist with safeguarding and maintaining a safe setting.
• Support snack and meal supervision and cleaning duties.

Immediate start for a L2 Apprentice to join our small but busy and friendly setting. You will be supported throughout your course and be surrounded by an experienced team who will help and guide you to gain your qualification.

About the Employer

Toddlers Children’s Nursery is a small, friendly 49 place nursery in Whitefield. We have fourrooms, two Baby rooms, Toddler room and Preschool room as well as a beautiful garden. We aresituated next to Ribble Drive school, offering full days, school days and half-day sessions.
