Job summary

County Durham & Darlington NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Speech and Language Therapist to join the Children's SLT Service. You will deliver therapy to children and young people with diverse communication needs, working within a local MDT and with supervision from senior clinicians.

Qualifications

• Must hold a degree in Speech and Language Therapy.
• HCPC registration is required.
• RCSLT membership is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide SLT services to children and young people with varied needs.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and monitor service delivery.
• Maintain clinical records and contribute to service development.
