Do you want to make mental health support more accessible to children and young people? Are you passionate about early help and community-based care? If so, #Thrive could be the place for you.

- Deliver evidence-based guided self-help for children and young people with mild to moderate emotional and mental health difficulties.
- Support young people and families through 1:1 sessions, group work, and drop-in conversations
- Co-deliver workshops and psychoeducation in various settings including #Thrive and community settings
- Work collaboratively with professionals across education, health, social care, and voluntary services.
- Promote mental health literacy and empower young people to build resilience and self-management skills
- Be part of a compassionate, skilled multi-disciplinary team focused on accessible, trauma-informed care.
- A supportive and values-driven team
- Access to supervision, CPD and ongoing training
- Flexible working and community-based delivery
- Opportunities to develop innovative approaches to young people’s mental health
