6 month rolling contract | Supportive Management | Flexibility | Loyalty Bonus

Leaders In Care are currently working with an established authority in South Wales where they are committed to safeguarding the welfare of children and young people in the local authority. You will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of children and families.

You will be responsible for:

  1. Assessing risks.
  2. Developing and implementing protection plans.
  3. Working with families and other professionals to achieve positive outcomes.
