Job Title: Child Protection & Court Business Support Officer

Location:Sandwell
Hours:37 hours per week

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Child Protection & Court Business Support Officer to join our team. In this vital role, you will provide essential administrative and support services related to child protection cases and court proceedings, ensuring that all processes are managed efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with relevant policies and legislation.

Key Responsibilities:
– Provide administrative support for child protection and court cases, including managing documentation, scheduling hearings, and maintaining case records.
– Liaise with court officials, social workers, legal teams, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth case progression.
– Ensure all case-related information is accurately recorded and securely stored in accordance with data protection policies.
– Assist in preparing reports, documentation, and correspondence related to child protection and court matters.
– Support compliance with statutory requirements and organisational policies.

– Previous experience in a similar administrative or support role, ideally within child protection, legal, or court-related settings.
– Excellent organisational and time-management skills with a keen eye for detail.
– Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
