• Recent experience working with primary-aged children in educational settings.
• Experience supporting children with SEND/SEMH is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils one-to-one and in small groups to aid academic, social, and emotional development.
• Deliver targeted interventions to build confidence, resilience and independence.
• Collaborate with teachers to adapt activities for individual needs and ensure inclusive learning.
