Child Care Solicitor, 2+ Years PQE, South Yorkshire, £35,000 - £50,000 (DOE) – My client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Child Care Solicitor to join their compassionate and dynamic team. JOB REF: 9254

• Applications are sought from Child Care Solicitors or Legal Executives with a minimum of 2 Years PQE gained with another leading law firm.
• In this vital role, you will provide expert legal representation and advice in child care law, managing a caseload that includes both public and private law matters.
• You will also play a key role in advocating for clients in court, ensuring their voices are heard and their rights are protected.
• You will have proven experience in managing a caseload of child care law matters, including handling complex cases.
• Strong advocacy skills with the ability to represent clients effectively in court are essential
• As part of this impressive team, you will work closely with clients, social workers, and local authorities to ensure the best possible outcomes for children and families.
• You will have outstanding communication skills, attention to detail and work well within a team environment.
