This expanding team are looking for an experienced Child Care Solicitor, who is a Member of the Children Panel, to lead complex legal cases, guide a talented team of solicitors and paralegals, and play a key role in developing this thriving department.

What you'll do:
Handle a broad caseload – from Care Orders to Domestic Abuse cases
Represent parents, relatives, and children (including through CAFCASS)
Supervise and mentor legal team members
Deliver impactful training and development
Drive new business and build strong external relationships

You'll be covering every corner of child care law – Legal Aid/CCMS, protection orders, international adoptions, court proceedings, and more.
