Job summary

BrightPath Kids in Manchester is seeking a Teacher Assistant to support teachers and deliver a welcoming, safe environment for children from 6 weeks to 12 years. No evenings or weekends, and paid training is provided.

You will assist in classrooms, decorate spaces as needed, and communicate with parents to share progress. Strong customer service and organization help you thrive in this role within our busy, nurturing center.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain organized.
• Ability to work within regular operating hours.
• Must meet state criteria for child care employment.

What will you be doing?

As a Teacher Assistant, you will work side‑by‑side with teachers and families to provide a home away from home for children in our care, according to NAEYC guidelines.
