Job summary

BrightPath Kids in Glastonbury is hiring for a full-time Center position. You will help supervise children, support teachers, and maintain a welcoming, clean learning environment. Emphasis on safety, communication with families, and facilitating engaging activities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and supervision of children aged 6 weeks to 12 years.
• Assist teachers with instruction in the classroom.
• Decorate inside and outside of classrooms as needed.
• Maintain a warm and safe environment that is clean and permits children to grow and explore.
• Interact with children to encourage participation in activities.
• Provide effective communication with parents/guardians about their child.
