The successful candidate will support and advise clients aged 0-18 with complex needs, working with their families and supporting the team’s objectives.

This mobile role offers flexibility to manage your schedule, work remotely, and meet clients and colleagues in various locations, using digital resources and the network as needed.
You should hold a relevant qualification such as NVQ 3, HNC, or equivalent, with experience working with children with disabilities and understanding relevant statutory frameworks. You should demonstrate sensitivity, empathy, and skills to build trusting relationships and motivate clients.
