A community-focused organization is seeking two qualified Trauma Therapists to join the Childrens Trauma Therapy Service in Bradford. The role requires experience with children and a trauma-focused therapeutic approach. Successful candidates will be part of an award-winning team, offering flexibility with working arrangements. 37 hours per week (full time) or 29.6 hours per week (part time)
£34,511 to £38,000 including a £2,200 market allowance FTE per annum (pro-rata for part-time)

Location: Central Bradford
We typically work 5 days a week in the office but offer the flexibility to work from home on occasions. Our office space is wheelchair accessible.
Hours: 1 x 37 hours per week (full-time)
1 x 29.6 hours per week (part-time), 4 days
Contract: Temporary Contract until 31st March 2026. Continuation of contract subject to funding.

We are looking for two Trauma Therapists with experience of working with children to join our Bradford Childrens Trauma Therapy Service
Main Requirements
You will be a qualified, registered therapist with training/experience in working with children. You will be skilled in working with complex trauma and keen to develop your therapeutic skills in this area. You will be trauma-focused in your approach and have experience of working with children, young people and their parents/carers. You may have additional clinical training in a specific trauma and/or attachment focused therapy (e.g. EMDR, TF-CBT, TF-Play Therapy, DDP, Theraplay). You will be able to think systemically about inter-generational trauma with an understanding of the different presentation and therapeutic recovery needs of children at different ages and stages. You will be committed to high quality therapy standards with a passion for using your therapy skills to facilitate good outcomes. As a team player you will be keen to share your skills and specialisms and also learn from others.
Appointments are subject to Family Action receiving a satisfactory disclosure from the Disclosure and Barring Service – Child Barred List
