Job summary

Day Webster Group are recruiting an experienced Child and Adolescent Consultant Psychiatrist in Wiltshire to work with Melksham CAMHS (Community) teams, focusing on eating disorder care. The role is 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with face-to-face work essential.

You will work in the Melksham Eating Disorder and Getting more help (Core CAMHS) teams, may perform reviews and MHA assessments for children and young people in the community, Place of Safety, and District General Hospital.

Qualifications

• AC and Sec 12 are essential for role.
• GMC registration is required to practice psychiatry in the UK.
• Experience in CAMHS settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work within Melksham Eating Disorder and Core CAMHS teams.
• Conduct reviews or Mental Health Act assessments for children/young people across community, Place of Safety, and District General Hospital.
• Occasional Duty Doctor on specified days.

Key responsibilities:

To work within the Melksham Eating Disorder and Getting more help (Core CAMHS) teams. Must hold extensive Eating Disorder clinic experience Could be needed to do reviews or MHA assessments for Children/young people in the community, the Place of Safety, District General Hospital. Will be required to be Duty Doctor on certain days in the week
