Job summary

Hampshire CAMHS is seeking a dedicated Child & Adolescent Psychotherapist to join our Psychological Therapies service. You will contribute to specialist assessments and psychotherapeutic interventions for children, young people and families, using psychoanalytic-informed approaches within a supportive CAMHS framework.

The role involves managing a clinical caseload, collaborating with external agencies, and contributing to service development and governance.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate level training in Child & Adolescent Psychotherapy required.
• Registration with the Association of Child Psychotherapists (ACP) or eligible for membership.
• Experience in child and adolescent mental health services is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist child psychotherapy to children, young people and families within CAPT.
• Maintain and manage a clinical caseload with autonomous professional responsibility.
