Key responsibilities include:

  • Partner with the Chief Executive and Board to develop and deliver a corporate strategy that advances the vision of "Great Homes, Great Communities, and Great People."
  • Lead the design and implementation of the organisation’s transformation strategy, driving a cohesive approach across people, technology, and processes.
  • Encourage a culture of innovation, leveraging both existing and emerging technologies to enhance customer service and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to ensure seamless operations, providing guidance and leadership through the complexities of business transformation.
  • Manage the line of responsibility for directors across Technology Services, Transformation, People, and Communications.
  • Develop and monitor transformation goals, measure progress, and communicate results to demonstrate tangible impact.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to align transformation strategies with organisational needs, customer priorities, and external partnerships.
  • Champion equality, diversity, and inclusion, building a diverse workforce and driving a culture of belonging.

  • A passion for customer service excellence, with a data-driven approach to enhancing service delivery.
  • Experience in leading and delivering cultural change within large, complex organisations.
