Job Description:

Our client is seeking a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join on a 9-month contract. The ideal candidate will have a background in Financial Services, with experience in FinTech, SME Banks, or Building Societies. The role is hybrid, requiring approximately 40% travel to the office in Wales.

Responsibilities include:

• Overseeing the Technology department and contributing to its success through strategic initiatives and enhancements.
• Driving innovation and technological advancement to improve current and develop new products.
• Collaborating with executive teams.
• Managing internal budgets.
