Chief Technology Officer (CTO) - London – Hybrid

We’re looking for a strategic CTO to lead the evolution of a SaaS platform. This is a high-impact role where you’ll integrate two code bases, modernise the technology stack, and build scalable solutions to support future growth. What You’ll Do

• Technology Strategy: Define and execute a roadmap for scalable, efficient systems.
• Code Base Integration: Unify two platforms across web, mobile, and desktop.
• Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing engineering team.
• System Optimisation: Reduce technical debt, enhance DevOps, and drive security best practices.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, and operations to align technology with business goals.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate strategy, risks, and progress to the board, investors, and leadership team.

What you bring:

• Experience as a CTO or senior tech leader in SaaS or tech transformation.
• Strong background in cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Expertise in PHP and .NET, with a track record of integrating legacy and modern systems.
• Proven ability to build and lead high-performing engineering teams.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
