The ideal candidate be responsible for shaping and delivering the technology strategy that supports and accelerates their trading business. You will lead the development and deployment of cutting-edge trading systems, ensure robust and scalable infrastructure, and drive innovation to maintain our competitive edge in the market.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the company’s technology strategy aligned with business goals and market trends.

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of trading platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools.

• Oversee the IT infrastructure to ensure high availability, security, and performance of trading operations.

• Manage and grow the technology team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

• Collaborate closely with traders, risk managers, and other stakeholders to understand and meet their technology needs.

• Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and security standards in all technology operations.

• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption strategies to maintain technological leadership.

• Drive digital transformation initiatives that improve operational efficiency and data-driven decision making.
