We’re seeking a visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) & Co-Founder for a full-time, hybrid role based in the London Area, United Kingdom, with flexibility for remote work. This is a unique opportunity to join an early-stage business networking and digital marketplace platform aiming to transform how professionals and B2B connect, collaborate, and grow.

As CTO and co-founder, you will shape the technology vision, lead end-to-end product development, and build scalable, cross-platform solutions that serve a growing business community across the UK and Africa. You will work closely with the founding team to align tech strategy with market goals, drive innovation, and lay the foundations for a product with global ambitions.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead the technology roadmap from MVP to full-scale platform
• Oversee the architecture and development of mobile and web applications using technologies such as Flutter
• Build and manage a high-performing technical team
• Ensure platform security, scalability, and integration with third-party services (e.g., payments, social logins)
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and business leads to deliver user-centric solutions
• Contribute to strategic decisions as part of the founding team

Qualifications

• Proven experience in software and product development, ideally across mobile and web platforms
• Strong background in project management and cross-functional team leadership
• Expertise in technology architecture, IT strategy, and user experience design
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate in lean, fast-paced environments
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills
• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• Experience in B2B technology, marketplaces, or SaaS platforms is highly desirable
