London: Twice a week in the office

I'm currently working with a well-established London FinTech wealth management SaaS business, who are looking for a Chief Technology Officer to join their growing team.

The business develops a variety of SaaS applications built to enhance customer and client experience and streamline operational processes, leading to rapid growth and becoming a global business.

• Main office in London with a further 4 locations worldwide.
• Collaborates with some of the largest FinTech companies globally.
• Offers a variety of SaaS products aimed at large-scale FinTech and Wealth Management companies.
• Recently launched smaller-scale products covering the entire market, which have been hugely successful.
• Award-winning business and part of a wider wealth management group.

The Role: CTO

• Drive the technical execution and implementation of core SaaS products.
• Lead the technical strategy across the business: Cloud, Infrastructure, Security, Delivery.
• Participate in key technical decision-making with the Executive and Senior leadership team.
• Require good experience in similar positions within Banking, FinTech, or Wealth Management.
• Confident in leading a Microsoft-based, on-premise tech stack.
• Ideally familiar with financial governance regulations and compliance.

Requirements

• Salary: GBP 170,000 - GBP 200,000
• Extensive experience as a CTO in a SaaS-driven FinTech environment.
• Strong understanding of implementing technical strategies across teams.
• Cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable leading a Microsoft-based tech stack; this is a 100% hands-off role.
• Ability to attend the London office twice a week.
