Saab UK is seeking a senior Systems Engineering leader to act as the primary authority for the discipline within our BlueBear unit. You will define the technical vision, govern MBSE adoption, and ensure alignment with Lifecycle Management processes across UK MoD programmes and international partners.

• Leadership experience directing multi-disciplinary teams in defence or aerospace.
• Deep knowledge of the full systems engineering lifecycle and design integration.
• Excellent communication with senior stakeholders.
• Experience budgeting and estimating work packages for bids.
