What you'll do as a Chief Systems Engineer:

1. Set the technical direction across complex, high-impact projects
2. Coach and mentor high-performing Systems Engineering teams
3. Lead on governance, systems thinking, architecting, and system of systems design
4. Act as the go-to expert for the Sector Chief Engineer, Head of Systems Engineering, and Engineering Projects
5. Drive innovation, continuous improvement, and digital transformation in our engineering approach
