ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the Executive Chef, you will oversee the Stewarding team, ensuring standards are met and contributing to the hotel and restaurant’s success. We seek a passionate, motivated individual committed to excellence. Your responsibilities include:

• Ordering and managing supplies, equipment, tools, and uniforms.
• Monitoring inventory inflow and maintenance.
• Conducting inventories of china, glass, silverware, food, equipment, and liquor.
• Inspecting supplies and work areas to ensure efficiency and standards.
• Investigating employee accidents and enforcing cleaning routines.
• Ensuring proper use and cleaning of dishroom machinery.
• Maintaining food holding and transport equipment.
• Ensuring compliance with food handling and sanitation laws.
