Job summary

Spiko is hiring a Head of Security to own security across applications, infrastructure and cloud. You will define roadmaps, prioritize controls, and lead compliance with ISO 27001 and related standards. You will support due diligence for partners and customers and drive AI-driven security testing.

The role sits in the tech team with responsibility for detection, incident response and the company’s security culture. London or Paris offices with hybrid work.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in security engineering.
• Solid understanding of application, network and cloud security best practices.
• Experience with security audit processes, vulnerability management, and ISO 27001/SOC 2.
• Familiarity with CI/CD security tooling (SAST/DAST).
• Experience with automated pentesting tools or AI-driven security testing.
• Comfortable working autonomously and defining your own roadmap.
• Comfortable working in an English-speaking environment.

Responsibilities

• Own security end-to-end: application, infrastructure and cloud security.
• Define the security roadmap and priorities for Spiko.
• Lead compliance efforts (ISO 27001, DORA) and evidence collection.
• Support security due diligence for partners and customers.
• Drive security testing, incident response, and AI-driven testing.
