This is a foundational leadership role defining the scientific roadmap, shaping core research strategy, and building a world-class team at the intersection of cutting-edge ML and real-world deployment.

The Opportunity:

You’ll serve as the bridge between breakthrough research and transformative product impact, steering the scientific direction of a company already working with Fortune 500s and global partners. Think: applied LLMs, foundational models, and edge AI, all at scale.

• Location: Flexible (US/UK/EU HQs) with regular onsite presence
• Compensation: Market-leading salary + significant equity stake
• Team: Direct leadership of 20+ researchers, scaling to 50+ over 12 months
• Stage: Recently raised $200M Series B, $500M+ valuation
• Focus Areas: LLMs, multimodal models, scientific discovery, RLHF, AI safety, scalable infra
