Job summary

SS&C Technologies, Inc. in the United Kingdom is seeking a Head of Risk & Compliance to provide strategic leadership across Risk, Compliance and Governance for the Platform Solutions business.

You will partner with the CEO, Board and senior leaders to uphold regulatory standards, governance and robust risk management in a complex financial services environment. You will shape risk culture, oversee risk and compliance frameworks, ensure timely FCA reporting, and manage a team.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in regulated financial services.
• Strong understanding of UK FCA requirements.
• Experience in risk, compliance, audit or advisory roles.
• Ability to challenge and influence board-level decisions.
• Knowledge of data protection and regulatory considerations.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for Risk, Compliance and Governance across the Platform Solutions business.
• Represent and report to the Risk Management Committee, Executive Committee and Boards.
• Ensure timely regulatory reporting to the FCA.
• Oversee control frameworks, monitoring programmes and risk assessments.
• Promote a strong risk and governance culture across the organisation.
