Job summary

SHI Corporation UK Limited seeks a Senior Director of Risk Management to mature enterprise risk and compliance within a fast-growing technology business. You will shape governance, controls, and reporting across Legal, InfoSec, IT, Finance, HR, and Vendor Management, ensuring credible leadership decisions and protecting growth and trust.

Qualifications

• Senior risk professional with leadership experience in enterprise risk and compliance.
• Experience building or maturing ERM, RCSA, and third-party risk programs.
• Ability to translate risk into actionable insights for senior leadership.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and maturation of the ERM approach and risk taxonomy.
• Establish a scalable Risk & Control Self-Assessment program with monitoring and testing.
• Define Key Risk Indicators for priority risks and ensure timely escalation.
• Stand up governance forums and executive reporting for cross-functional alignment.
• Build and maintain a governance framework, policies, and training aligned to the operating model.
