Chief Revenue Officer – Robotics & AI Scale-Up

Our leading-edge client develops advanced robots that seamlessly integrate into daily life. Real, commercial, next-gen labour automation units that are already being deployed into critical industries. They are looking for a Chief Revenue Officer to join them in London and lead their global revenue strategy from the front. This is a rare opportunity to join a pioneering robotics company at the tipping point of scale, with a product that's already turning heads in industrial automation and beyond.


CRO responsibilities:

  • Own and deliver the global revenue strategy—from lead to close
  • Drive new business, enterprise sales, and long-term partnership growth
  • Lead, build, and scale a high-performance sales team
  • Establish pre-launch partnerships and revenue commitments before official release
  • Open up new markets across AI, robotics, hardware, and industrial sectors
  • Lead complex negotiations and close high-value strategic deals
  • Monitor sales performance and continuously optimise GTM strategy
  • Partner with the executive team to align revenue goals with wider business strategy
CRO requirements:
  • Proven track record as a sales or revenue leader in hardware, robotics, or deep tech
  • Strong network within the automotive and logistics industries—you’ll know who to call and how to open doors
  • Experience building and scaling sales teams in high-growth, fast-paced environments
  • Deep understanding of enterprise sales, partnerships, and pre-commercial dealmaking
  • Excellent communicator and negotiator—comfortable engaging C-suite decision-makers
  • Data-driven with a strong handle on pipeline, performance, and conversion metrics
  • Commercially sharp, strategically minded, and execution-focused
  • Comfortable operating in a high-change, high-innovation environment
