A regional healthcare provider in Worcestershire is seeking a Chief Psychological Professions Officer. This part-time role involves providing leadership and direction for psychological services while ensuring high-quality, inclusive care. Ideal candidates will have clinical leadership experience and a strong commitment to engaging with users and co-producing care pathways. Flexible working options are available.
This is a part time post advertised as 0.6 wte, with consideration for 0.8 wte in certain circumstances. Following the relocation of our current CPPO, we have an exciting opportunity to join us as our new Chief Psychological Professions Officer (CPPO). We are a mental health and community trust covering Worcestershire and Herefordshire. This role provides professional and clinical leadership across the Trust for all psychological professions and requires collaboration with senior clinical and operational leaders within the Trust and in the Herefordshire and Worcestershire system.
You will have substantial experience in a clinical leadership role, with appropriate therapeutic expertise and training and a strong grasp of the roles and attributes of a range of psychological therapies and their contribution to best practice across diverse services. We are looking for a person with a strong background in proactive engagement with people using services and a commitment to co-producing care pathways.
