Purpose of the Role

This strategic leadership role is central to the evolution of dentsu’s media product ecosystem. The Chief Product Solutions Architect will define and drive the architecture of AI-enabled platforms and tools, ensuring they are scalable, innovative, and aligned with dentsu’s global vision. This role bridges business ambition with technical execution, influencing both regional and global outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Architectural Leadership
  • Define the architecture for media platforms including CMS, ad-tech, analytics, and audience engagement tools.
  • Lead the dentsu connect narrative for media, in partnership with the D&T department.
  • Champion AI-first product innovation and prototyping for global pitches and client engagements.
  • Ensure architectural integrity across scalability, security, and maintainability.
Strategic Alignment
  • Align product architecture with dentsu’s media roadmap and global objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation in the media technology space.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and frameworks to enhance product capabilities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with Product Managers, Engineering, UX/UI, Data Science, and Client Teams.
  • Represent dentsu in client-facing engagements, articulating product vision and technical strategy.
  • Facilitate workshops and technical discussions to drive consensus and clarity.
Governance and Standards
  • Define governance principles and best practices for product architecture.
  • Promote high standards in code quality, testability, and deployment efficiency.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and media technology evolution.
Qualifications and Experience
Leadership and Industry Expertise
  • Proven leadership in product architecture or engineering within media, advertising, or digital content sectors.
  • Experience influencing product strategy and innovation at a global level.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to engage with senior stakeholders.
Technical and Strategic Acumen
  • Track record of delivering complex, scalable product ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML integration and cloud-native architecture.
  • Understanding of media agency operations and advertising workflows.
Education and Preferred Credentials
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Preferred: Certifications in cloud architecture (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect).
  • Experience with media-specific technologies such as Ad Servers, DSPs, CDPs, and content syndication platforms.
