Job summary

Altech Group Ltd. seeks a Chief Product Officer to lead a strategic transformation from services to a software-enabled platform, reporting to the CEO and working with the Board and investors.

You will own product strategy, platform roadmap, and evidence-based transformation to deliver enhanced retention, scalability and enterprise value, aligning engineering and data teams to measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading the transformation of a B2B services business into a platform or software-led organisation.
• Experience delivering measurable commercial outcomes such as improved retention or revenue growth.
• Senior-level product leadership experience in complex B2B or B2B2C environments.
• Experience building and scaling product management functions.
• Experience guiding engineering teams through organizational transformation.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a product strategy aligned to commercial objectives.
• Create and own a product roadmap driven by market demand and business priorities.
• Build and develop a high-performing product management function.
• Ensure product investments are informed by measurable customer and commercial outcomes.
• Lead development of AI-enabled product capabilities that create meaningful customer value.
